The Echelon E1060s Cabinet Cart with Power Burner features 1056 sq in. Cooking Area, 141,000 total BTUs, All Stainless Steel Construction, and 60,000 BTU Power Burner. The Cabinet Cart is equipped with a Stainless Steel Rotisserie Back Burner, Independent Solid State Hot Surface Ignition System, Double Wall Gourmet Smoke Hood, Super Heavy-duty Stainless Steel Spit Rod, Spit Forks and Counter Balance, Stainless Steel Rod Cooking Grids, Cooking Grid Lifter and Warming Rack. Features also include Internal 12V Halogen Lights, Digital Built-in Thermometer and Heat Zone Separators. Comes on Cabinet Cart with Access Doors and Drawers. All infrared burners factory installed.
